Dine on 8 courses at the Chef’s Counter. An authentic street food experience journey of flavour through 8 courses of seafood and meat (dietaries welcome of course). Each dish will intenify as the journey goes on. Each dish is designed to either enjoy by itself or wrapped in fresh rice paper with fresh lettuce and herbs. $95 pp 24 hrs notice.
